Our 30-minute individual lessons are designed for athletes who want focused, one-on-one instruction to refine specific areas of their pitching. These sessions are offered once or twice a month to supplement regular group training—allowing for deeper individual analysis, fine-tuning mechanics, and addressing targeted goals.

Pitchers are expected to arrive 30 minutes early to complete their full warm-up and stretching routine before the lesson begins. This ensures that every minute of their session is spent on intentional, high-impact coaching, not on prep time.

Intensive 1:1

Dive Deep

Weekend Intensives at The Perfect Circle are designed to break through barriers and reignite your progress. Each session begins with an in-depth video analysis to identify key areas for improvement. From there, we’ll make targeted mechanical adjustments, troubleshoot your pitches, and build greater body awareness—all with the goal of improving velocity, accuracy, and movement.

By the end of the intensive, you’ll gain a clear understanding of your mechanics and leave with the tools and confidence to take your pitching game to the next level.

Details

Our Weekend Intensives are offered exclusively on weekends and must be scheduled in advance. Each session is 3 hours and priced at $150. During your intensive, we’ll complete a video analysis and mechanical breakdown to identify areas for improvement and give you a clear plan for growth.

A Student Athletic Profile Form must be filled out prior to your session, and you’ll need to bring a catcher to ensure you get the most out of your training experience.

Cancellation Policy

At The Perfect Circle, every lesson is designed to maximize your athlete’s growth. To ensure consistency and respect for everyone’s schedule:

Please notify Coach Edwins at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. It is the parent’s responsibility to reschedule the lesson, and the make-up must be completed within your active 30-day pack.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (including same-day cancellations) will result in a forfeited lesson.
